The owner of Ceramic Pro @ Smooth Finishes, Greg Dick, has over 30 years experience in the automotive aftermarket, paintless dent repair and automotive car detailing industries.
He has handled the repair process on vehicles ranging from a few thousand dollars to a couple of hundred thousand dollar vehicle.
His skills and professionalism are top notch and can not be questioned. His desire is to ensure you are properly taken care of and are completely satisfied.
Recently, Greg brought in a long time associate and business peer, Duane Langenfeld.
Duane has over 29 years of paintless dent repair experience, has repaired over 20k vehicles with paintless dent removal and has run a retail shop in South Dakota for almost 10 years prior to relocating back to York County, Pa.
His shop in SD repaired over 350 hail damaged vehicles in 2o2o alone. (Along with estimating 700 plus hail damaged cars and trucks the same year.)
His experience in running a large operation is extremely benificial to the long term plans of Smooth Finishes.
The front office is now supported by the wonderful Shalena. Her experience in running her own businesses as well as supporting Smooth finishes holds tremendous value. From streamlining automotive repair system processes to handling our exceptionally high quality customer service, she is a primary reason the shop runs so well.
In the fall of 2023 Dillon joined our team as our operations manager. He specializes in Paintless Dent Repair as well as has plenty of experience in many different facets of automotive enhancements. Dillon Brings 12 years of PDR experience. He began that experience with large hail repair and has developed his skills to perfection.
